Oak Tree Resources offers a chance for young people to have a caring person to walk alongside them as they move towards the goals they would like to achieve. Supportive services are available to young people who are ages 14-24, in need of educational assistance and job skills as they walking towards adulthood. Transitional housing is available on a case by case basis for youth.
What stands in your way of moving to a successful life?
Do you need help:
•learning how to access resources available
•re-entering or finishing high school or GED
•seeking college or trade school opportunities, direction on applications and scholarships
•learning resume writing, job skills, job seeking and job application
•obtaining ID’s and birth certificate, help with the process to get set up on Medicaid and obtain disability services, when appropriate •with youth pregnancy and young parents support
•finding mental health and wellness professionals
