Oak Tree Resources is a nonprofit in Durango, Colorado that offers young people the chance to re-enter school, complete their education, learn job skills, obtain employment, have help with supportive services, and seek stability while obtaining independence. We strive to Love God & Love Others by serving our community.
Be planted. Grow deep roots. Stand firm through the storms. The storms will come, but youth can stay strong and steady when they grow deep roots.
We continue following the recommendations from our state and local health departments. Thank you for considering Colorado’s young people in your thoughts and prayers. We hope that we can count on you to keep supporting us as we serve the community’s most vulnerable population. Together, we can make a difference for at-risk youth.
Offer youth support with education, employment and life skills as we walk alongside them to prevent homelessness.
Our vision is that all La Plata and surrounding county youth live independently in healthy housing with a supportive community.
